| •Ages 5 – 30 •Diagnosis of level 3 ASD and associated conditions •NDIS plan in place (Core & CB, Self & Plan Managed) •Multiple and complex communication, behavioural, and sensory needs •Attendance at a special school or special education unit | •Physical disabilities (due facility restrictions) •Agency Managed NDIS plans (NDIA) •DCP guardianship •Restrictive practices •Outside the ages of 5 – 30 •Outside our catchment area of Adelaide’s Western suburbs •Mild intellectual disabilities that do not fall under severe and complex |
