Families:
Feedback from our sessions are essential to providing best practice. If you feel something could be done differently, or have a new technique that could be implemented, we are all ears. Without someone speaking up, I have no way to know when things need altering.
We wish to facilitate an open platform for feedback however understand it may be confronting coming straight to staff with concerns. To help mitigate this, a quick 10 minute constructive feedback survey has been developed which is completely anonymous.
